30-day money-back guarantee
The Living Library, operated by Jason Plant, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, you can either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
- Email contact@thelivinglibrary.app and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle's customer portal. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the most recent charge — request a refund within the 30-day window if you would like your money back.
After 30 days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch and we will do our best to find a fair outcome.
